When a platform as lovely, fanciful, vast-reaching and unbelievably cheap as social media opens its doors to advertisers, every brand rushes in with an aim to connect with coveted customers and get them to appreciate the brand: Indeed a wise thing to do!

However, on second thoughts, among dozens of others in the same category as you are, mollycoddling the same customer as you do, and owning the same magical wand of social media as you do, how on earth do you get your customer to fall in love with your brand?
